gin-to-vermouth ratio to be most pleasing to the greatest number of martini
Yields 1 drink
2-1/2 fl. oz. London dry gin
1/2 fl. oz. dry vermouth
1 lemon twist or olive for garnish
gin and vermouth in a mixing glass and stir with ice cubes.
Strain into a coupe or cocktail glass.
Twist the peel over the surface of the cocktail and drop in
the drink, or garnish with the olive, to serve.
